When I think back to the challenge we put before Carolyn, her performance was nothing short of rock star material. We arrived from out of state to a location we have never seen and asked her to find and negotiate a house in under one week's time. We could not have asked for a better agent! We were not living anywhere near Texas when we started our house hunt, but that proved to be no issue at all. Carolyn took the initiative to visit properties we were interested in, and she would send thorough videos to us, allowing us to get a good feel for the layout and flow of the house. If we wanted to see more detail, she’d promptly head back to the property to record more footage or get us on FaceTime for a live walk-through. She would email the lender or the seller updates and important questions before we had the chance to think of them.
